How to reach us
The phone is the fastest way to reach a person. We have not published set phone hours yet, so we will not pretend to: if nobody picks up, leave a message or use the form and it lands in the same place.
What we can help with
And what we honestly cannot.
We can fix an account you cannot get into, take down a posting that is wrong or already filled, explain a charge, look at a review that broke the review rules, and handle a privacy request under PIPEDA.
We cannot get you an interview, pass your CV to an employer outside the normal application, or tell you why an employer did not reply. Hiring decisions belong entirely to the employer — we run the board, not their process.
For anything about an application you already sent, the fastest route is the message thread on that application in My jobs. The employer sees it there; we do not sit in the middle of it.
